Spring Season Registration (Updated 01/24/2026)
Complete each step by the noted due dates.
- Complete the Spring Online Athlete Information Form.
- Due by Sunday 1/25/2026 11:59pm.
- If you completed this form during Winter Conditioning (WC), you MUST complete it again. The spring form includes additional information that was not included in the WC form.
- Upon completion of online form or Registration payment, an invite to join Rock Ridge Crew via Teamsnap.com. If you attended WC, this will link to the same TeamSnap account used during WC – no new TeamSnap account is needed.
- If new, it is very important to accept as this is how we will communicate schedule, changes, important messages.
- Email PDF or hand deliver the VHSL Physical Form (printed, completed by hand and signed by doctor’s office) to:
- RRHS Athletic Director Patrick McNanley (Patrick.McNanley@lcps.org) AND Asst Athletic Director Michael Mullins (Michael.Mullins@lcps.org) by 1/25/2026 11:59pm.
- The BEST way to make sure the athletic department has your physical form is to email AND hand it in physically.
- Once submitted, please email vp.rrcrew@gmail.com so we can verify completion with ADs. Do not send your physical form along with this email. It is for CONFIRMATION ONLY!
- Complete RRHS Activity Registration by 1/30/2026 11:59pm.

- Either the parent or the student can complete the form. Usually, the parent completes the form, but we have had students do it themselves. We do not need both to complete the form.
- Make sure to select ‘Crew’. Each athlete will need to have a VHSL physical form on file with RRHS prior to completing. The physical forms are good for 14 months.
- When complete, please take screen shot of the ‘Registration History’ tab and email to vp.rrcrew@gmail.com so we can verify with ADs.
- Once you have completed the online registration for one sport, you should only have to go in and check the box for a different sport in a new season.

- Mandatory Fees Per Rower for Spring estimated $1547 + $400 donation commitment.
- Registration $250, due 1/25/2026 11:59pm.
- Required Gear Items for Spring:
- Boathouse Jacket (required if you do not have one), due 1/28/2026 11:59pm. The JL store will CLOSE on 1/29/26. Orders must be placed before that date.
- T-shirts: Each rower is required to purchase one of the following shirts (your choice). Due 2/28/2026 11:59pm.
- Nike Team rLegend Tee (short sleeve) – Black with white logo
- Under Armour Team Tech (long sleeve) – Black with white logo
- Seniors: The required team shirt is optional, as this is your final season. You are welcome to purchase it for practices, photos, or spirit wear, but it’s not mandatory.
- Payments
- Spring Payment1 $648, due 2/13/2026 11:59pm. There will be a $25 late fee for payment received post due date.
- Spring Payment2 $649, due 3/30/2026 11:59pm. There will be a $25 late fee for payment received post due date.
- ERGathon Donation Commitment $400, due 3/13/2026 11:59pm. Rowers help with their tuition by having friends and family donate to Rock Ridge Crew. We are a 501c3 not-for-profit organization and donations can be tax deductible. Talk with your tax professional.
- Note: There will be NO REFUNDs post March 15, 2026.
- Stotesbury Regatta Fee (TBD, estimate $600)
- Travel by Vans or Bus
- Hotel for overnight lodging

General practice schedule will be:
- Practices M-F 5:00-7:00pm
- Saturdays
- Select Saturdays have all day competitions called Regattas and involves re-rigging boats at end of the day.
- Select Saturdays can have morning practice.
