Spring Registration

Spring Season Registration (Updated 1/8/2025)

Complete each step by the noted due dates.

  1. Complete the Online Athlete Information Form. Due by Sunday 1/26/2025 11:59pm. If you have completed form in Winter Conditioning you are good. Upon completion of online form or Registration payment, an invite to join Rock Ridge Crew via Teamsnap.com. It is very important to accept as this is how we will communicate schedule, changes, important messages.
  2. Email or hand in VHSL Physical Form (completed and signed by Doctor’s office) to RRHS Asst Athletic Director Jenifer Virbickis Jennifer.Virbickis@lcps.org or to Mr. Matias by 1/26/2025 11:59pm. Email president.rrcrew@gmail.com when complete so we can verify with Asst AD.
  3. Complete RRHS Activity Registration by 1/26/2025 11:59pm. Make sure to select ‘2025 Spring Crew’. When complete, please take screen shot of the ‘Registration History’ tab and email to president.rrcrew@gmail.com so we can verify with Asst AD.
  4. Mandatory Fees Per Rower for Spring estimated $1547 + $400 donation commitment.
    • Registration $250, due 1/26/2025 11:59pm.
    • Spirit Wear go to the following link for details and deadlines.
      • Boathouse Jacket (required if you do not have one), due 1/20/2025 11:59pm
      • T-shirt (required), due 2/28/2025 11:59pm
      • Duffle, Bucket Hat (Optional but highly recommended items.), due 2/28/2025 11:59pm
    • Spring Payment1 $648, due 2/23/2025 11:59pm. There will be a $25 late fee for payment received post due date.
    • Spring Payment2 $649, due 3/30/2025 11:59pm. There will be a $25 late fee for payment received post due date.
    • ERGathon Donation Commitment $400, due 4/20/2025 11:59pm. Rowers help with their tuition by having friends and family donate to Rock Ridge Crew. We are a 501c3 not-for-profit organization and donations can be tax deductible. Talk with your tax professional.
    • Note: There will be NO REFUNDs post March 15, 2025.
  5. Stotesbury Regatta Fee (TBD, estimate $600)
    • Travel by Vans or Bus
    • Hotel for overnight lodging
    • Due by 4/21/2025 11:59pm (TBD)

  • Practices M-F 5:00-7:00pm
  • Saturdays
    • Select Saturdays have all day competitions called Regattas and involves re-rigging boats at end of the day.
    • Select Saturdays can have morning practice.
