In the fall, athletes have the wonderful opportunity to join the Loudoun Rowing Association (LRA), where they will fine-tune their rowing skills, participate in skill-building practices, and enjoy scenic outings on the water. This season is all about growth and laying the groundwork for competitive success, and it’s the perfect time to embrace the beauty of outdoor rowing.

WINTER CONDITIONING: Build Strength and Resilience!

Winter is not just a time for rest; it’s a period of transformation! Our winter conditioning program is designed to sharpen your physical fitness and mental toughness, preparing you for the thrill of spring competition. During this exhilarating season, athletes compete against other high schools, experiencing the adrenaline rush of races and regattas. With practice five days a week, you’ll refine your skills and build powerful teamwork that shines on race day. Each Saturday brings a new opportunity to test your abilities and celebrate your progress as a united team. Get ready to make memories that will last a lifetime as you row toward victory!
